Privacy Policy

Groew is built on a foundation of radical transparency. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. We are a studio that earns trust by being direct.

01

Who We Are

Groew ("we", "us", "our") is a Search and Revenue Systems Studio. Our website is located at https://groew.com. We are the data controller responsible for this website.

Founder and point of contact: Alokk
Email: groew.me@gmail.com

02

What Data We Collect and Why

We only collect data that is necessary to respond to your inquiry or improve your experience. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not run retargeting pixels. We do not use Google Analytics.

Data you give us directly (via the contact form):

  • Name — so we know who we are speaking with
  • Email address — to respond to your inquiry
  • Phone number — optional, if you prefer a call
  • Service interest — to prepare a relevant response
  • Message — the context of your inquiry

This data is submitted through Web3Forms and delivered directly to our founder's email. We do not store this data on our own servers.

Data collected automatically:

  • Approximate location (city/country) — we use ipapi.co to personalise one line of text on the homepage ("expanding from [your city] to global markets"). This is a one-time anonymous lookup. We do not store or log this data.
  • Standard server logs — Vercel (our hosting provider) may log IP addresses and basic request metadata as part of standard infrastructure operations. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.
03

Cookies

This website does not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. We do not place any cookies on your device for marketing or profiling purposes.

Google Fonts (loaded from fonts.googleapis.com) may set a technically necessary cookie to serve the correct font files. This is a functional cookie with no tracking capability. You can review Google's font privacy practices at fonts.google.com/about.

04

Third-Party Services We Use

We use a minimal set of third-party services. Each one is listed transparently below:

Processes your contact form submission and delivers it to our email. Your form data passes through their servers.
→ Web3Forms Privacy Policy
Vercel

→ Vercel Privacy Policy
ipapi.co
Used once on page load to detect your approximate city/country for homepage personalisation. No data is stored by us from this request.
→ ipapi.co Privacy Policy

05

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you submit through our contact form exclusively to:

  • Respond to your inquiry about our services
  • Schedule a discovery call or audit
  • Send you information relevant to your stated service interest

We will never sell your data to third parties. We will never add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent. We will never share your data with advertisers.

06

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under applicable data protection law:

  • Legitimate interest — to respond to inquiries you initiate by submitting our contact form
  • Consent — for any optional fields (phone number, message) you choose to complete
  • Contractual necessity — if we enter into a service agreement with you
07

How Long We Keep Your Data

Inquiry data (submitted via the contact form) is received as an email in our inbox. We retain this email correspondence for as long as is necessary to manage the business relationship, typically no longer than 2 years from last contact.

If you become a client, we retain relevant contact data for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal and accounting purposes.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us directly (see Section 10).

08

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
  • Deletion — request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Objection — object to how we are processing your data
  • Portability — request your data in a portable format
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email us at groew.me@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

09

Data Security

This website is served entirely over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. We do not store form data on our own servers — submissions are delivered directly to a secured email account.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use reasonable precautions when submitting personal information online.

10

Children's Privacy

This website is intended strictly for business professionals and founders. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through this site, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
